Turnaround
Standard Turnaround Time:
After getting the artwork approved, it takes 5-7 business days for producing the box and further 5-7 business days for the shipment to be conveyed. While in the case of corrugated boxes and folding cartons the turnaround time is between 15-22 business days which include 10-15 business days for the production of boxes and 5-7 business days for the shipping to reach your doorstep. When talking about rigid boxes the production time is increased to 25-30 business days and so is the shipping time from 25-35 business days.
Expedite Turnaround Time:
Once the job is sent for production after the approval of artwork the production time for corrugated boxes and folding cartons is 8-10 business days whereas shipping requires 5-7 business days. In case of rigid boxes, the expedited turnaround time varies as per the quantities and will be quoted accordingly.

Artwork Preparation Guide
Your design files must meet our guidelines. If your design files are not aligned with our specifications or there are typographical or spelling errors, Packaging Heights will not be held responsible. Go through our design guidelines or get in touch with our packaging consultants for help.
Cut & Crease Line (Red Lines):
The red lines represent the folding points. Any graphics or text should be placed 0.125 inches inside these lines.
Bleed Line (Blue Lines):
These lines represent the drain section. For a transparent print, all graphics should be extended to these lines.
Safety Margin(Green Lines):
All graphics and text should be placed 0.1325 inches inside these line as industry standards, unless the design intends otherwise.
Perforation (Dotted Black Lines):
These lines represent perforations so as to easily tear or fold the boxes at specific points.
01 Choose your order
The first step requires the client to fill in personal information like name, email ID and a phone number. This is essential information required to generate a unique customer ID and maintain correspondence. Once this is done the client proceeds to selecting the specifications of their desired boxes. This include the size of the box, the printing requirements, paper type, quantity, ad-ons and any other relevant information. The clients can also uploads reference images.
02 Request a Quote
After all the information is punched in, the client submits the custom quote request. This request is then forwarded to the estimation department by the assigned account manager or one of the packaging consultants. The estimation team examines the packaging box requirements and works out a price quote against that. This process takes a maximum of 24 working hours after which it is sent to the client by the account manager.
03 Place Your Order
Once the client receives the price quote for the requested custom packaging boxes, he/she can then get in touch with their account manager to further discuss the quote and work out any remaining details. The prices and the features of the boxes are carefully discussed so as to find common ground where the project is feasible for both parties. After this the client proceeds to accepting the quote.
04 Get Your Custom Dielines
As soon as the client accepts the price quote, the project is lined up for execution and a designer is assigned to the project. The designers either take the design files from the client and proceeds to making an output or follows the clients guidelines and comes up with a custom dieline with all the design features in it. After this the files are sent back to the client for review. If no further revisions are required the files are forwarded to the production team and the magic begins.
05 Real Time Updates
As soon as the files reach the production team, the client receives an email regarding the initiation of the production process. From this point the boxes take 8-12 business days to reach the client. All through this period the account manager provides the clients with updates regarding the production process which includes printing, pasting, plates, die cutting, assembly and shipping.
06 Begin Production
Begin Production Once you've approved everything, your packaging production begins! During this phase, our product specialists will keep you up to date with production and shipping updates!
